Actress Anna Kendrick Shares How She Manages Herself by Striking a Work, Exercise and Sleep Balance!
Hollywood actress and singer, Anna Kendrick’s profile looks like a poster girl for success and unhindered achievement. Now at 30, the actress cum singer shared with Los Angeles Times her boundless energy that would probably propelled her to early successes describing how she keeps to a personal mandatory exercise regime to keep fit, while ensuring she gets enough sleep required to recharge herself for the next day ahead. She told LA Times that engaging in daily physical exercise is a must for her. She make it compulsory to run at least one hour per day and prefers to do it outdoor instead of using the treadmill.
She also said that she avoids drinking milk and alcohol and her recreation diversion is cooking. On her busy acting schedule and the sufficiency of sleep, she stated that she needs to compensate and replenish lost sleep after working long schedules, which are often about 14 hours per day.
